The Apple iPhone 5s, which was launched in 2013, was a high-end smartphone of the fourth generation of the iPhone series. It is equipped with a 10.2 cm (4") Retina display that offers a resolution of 1136 x 640 pixels and works with multi-touch technology.
A special feature of the iPhone 5s is the fingerprint scanner, which can be used for faster and more secure unlocking as well as for purchasing content from the iTunes Store and App Store.
In terms of storage, the iPhone 5s offers 16, 32 or 64 GB of internal storage, but no option to expand it with an additional memory card. It uses a nano-SIM card and supports 4G and Wi-Fi networks as well as Bluetooth 4.0 connections.
The iPhone 5s' main camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels and features a built-in flash and 1080p video recording modes. There is also a 1.2 megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
